Why this component matters: Shopify publishes nine status components and none of them is named "Webhooks." Outbound webhook delivery, EventBridge, and Pub/Sub all roll up into API & Mobile. If that component is green and your handler still isn't receiving events, the problem is downstream of Shopify's status page — usually your endpoint, the subscription, or the retry window already closed.

What this page actually shows. Shopify's public Statuspage feed, refreshed every minute. We do not measure Shopify's webhook delivery latency ourselves — nobody outside Shopify can. What you see above is exactly what Shopify reports, plus an editorial pointer to the one component that includes webhook delivery.
What we don't show. Made-up percentages. "99.X% delivery rate" derived from a handful of events. Aggregate stats from a customer base we don't have yet. If we publish a number on this page, it's traceable to a public source.
